Every day many of our nation’s 4.6 million first responders and their family members feel hopeless and alone. The traumatic calls they respond to, the brokenness they encounter, and the evil they face leave them discouraged and isolated. Most first responders do not have the hope and peace that can only be found in Christ, and those who are Christians struggle to live in Christ and on mission for His Kingdom. With their identities split between the badge and Christ, they struggle to find joy in their calling and they struggle to feel supported in their community. At Mission First Alliance, we want them to know they are not alone. We want them to experience the love that comes from knowing they have a community all around them who understands what they endure each and every day. We want them to see why Real Hope in Christ is critical.

Everyday first responders face unimaginable tragedy and darkness. Long hours and shift work often leave them without a safe space to rest, use the restroom or write a report. Our 24/7 First Responder Lounge is a quiet, restorative, fully stocked space where first responders can rest, recharge and experience the love of Jesus.
